Arsenault Names Anderson and Seibel to Development Posts

Burlington, N.J. – January 15, 2010 -- Arsenault Associates, provider of Dossier fleet maintenance management solutions, has named Bill Anderson and Frank Seibel to key positions with the Dossier software development team.

Arsenault President Jack Boetefuer announced that Bill Anderson has been named Arsenault’s senior director, product development and IT, and that Frank Seibel has joined the company as senior software developer. Anderson will lead the software group at Arsenault’s Technology and Development Center in West Chester, Pa. Seibel will be part of the development team there.

According to Boetefuer, Anderson has 30 years of experience leading complex development projects and implementing best practices in software design and execution. Immediately prior to joining Arsenault, Anderson was director, product development for ABB Automation Inc., a $4.6 billion industrial technology company based in Zurich, Switzerland.

“I have known Bill for over 20 years and worked with him on various product lines and programs at ABB. Bill is a ‘can-do’ hands-on manager, and has delivered results leading small, large, and virtual teams,” Boetefuer said. “He is a tremendous asset for Arsenault Associates and its customers who depend on Dossier to keep their fleets running efficiently at the lowest possible cost.”

Meanwhile, Boetefuer said, Seibel brings extensive software experience in the financial sector and with the military. He has also worked for Arsenault on a contract basis.

“Frank is an excellent addition to our development staff,” Boetefuer said. “He’ll help us move forward with a number of important projects, including future upgrades to Dossier.”

Arsenault’s Technology and Development center in West Chester, Pa., was launched in 2008. The company’s administrative offices are in Burlington, N.J.
